Don’t Laugh At Me

LIFE is a WEAPON when you LIVE it

About

I have looked at this box for months thinking about to put here and I've finally figured it out. You're looking at it.

Not too long ago I applied for a part-time teller position at a local area credit union. When I was closing my line to go home on Wednesday of this week, my last customer was the person that I applied with. She told me that I should be expecting a phone call from the Vice President to talk to me about scheduling an interview. Today I received that phone call. I was so excited to know that I will be getting an interview with the CU. The VP told me that the Branch Manager should be calling me by this coming Monday to schedule a formal interview with me. When I filled out the application, I basically had a mini interview, informal of course, as I filled out the application. You know, the typical what are your goals and what not kind of things. I would really like to be able to escape the clench of Wal-Mart. They’re not that great of an employer sadly. They want to pay low wages and not offer any benefits to the people who really depend on them. I’m ready to make the switch to somewhere that I know I will be appreciated and where my pay check gives me a little more room instead of “just getting by.”

I’ll be dressed to impress and will be taking my best attitude to the interview in hopes of getting that job. I am really excited about taking my expertise in customer satisfaction to a greater horizon.
