So my latest side project is with an online friend of mine. We’ve started an IRC network that is an alternative venue for the one we usually visit. I’ve really put quite a bit of time into setting everything. I’m basically the administrator of all aspects of the site from the IRCd and Services to the Website and Forums setup. I’m really excited about it and I hope to see things pick up there, hence why I’m making a post here.
This is a totally open IRC network so you can setup your own channel and utilize our Services. Feel free to setup a channel for your website, team or organization. You may also use our services bot to use the ! fancy commands in your own personal channel. Swing in someday and I’m sure you’ll enjoy what we can offer.
It’s called SimplySparkeh. The goal was to create something full flavor with the simplicity of a thin setup. I think it’s following my mission plan quite well. Come in and shape it.
SimplySparkeh. Also, you can join our chat using your IRC client by following this link. If your IRC client detects the irc:// address, you should be in our main channel. Otherwise, connect to irc.simplysparkeh.com on port 6667 and join #Lobby.
Stop by and check it out. Spread the word!
