Usually I don’t have time to follow the news but I’ve been trying to keep up with it at work. I can even see the local 4:00 news aired live online when I’m at work. So I was reading up on the latest news when I came across an article that said there were remains of a body found on I-45 but that it had been ran over so many times they were unable to tell if it was a male or female. I was just checking back on the site and the identity has been figured out. I suppose they used DNA and what not to figure out who it was.
Turns out that it was a 12 year old boy that was on the Freeway and was ran over. They say the time it happened was during bad weather where it would be easy to do and not know. Apparently the cars just kept running the body over because it blended in with the other debris that was on the roadway. I just can’t imagine how someone could hit the kid and not realize it. But I guess if it was a small child you could pass it off as something in the road.
I just thought that was some crazy stuff. People gotta be more careful on the road ways these days. Here’s the link to the article on the news channel’s website.
