I decided to send an email to this Sally Kern person. I didn’t think it was necessary to curse or anything like that. I want her to know that homosexuals are normal people too. I sent the following:
Mrs. Kern:
I am a 20 year old homosexual from the State of Texas. I was listening to the radio today while I was working when I heard some commentary about something you had said. I came home to do some research regarding what I had heard and discovered a video with your full speech on it. I was sure that a Christian would not say such hateful things about a person, but I had been deceived by the words coming from your mouth. As a person of authority in your State, shouldn’t you be careful what you say about people? I would hope that your constituents will be very upset about this particular speech.
America is a place for everyone to live together in harmony. Hate speech does not accomplish anything. You must have known what you were saying was wrong to say because you said “that the very fact I am here talking to you like this puts me in jeopardy.” There is no homosexual agenda. All we want is equal protection under the law as everyone else is afforded.
And homosexuals are a bigger problem than terrorists and Islam. How is being gay a bigger problem than terrorism? I don’t believe homosexuals kill the innocent people or bomb our buildings. How is Islam even a problem? It’s a religion that is not yours and that does not give you the right to just compare it to terrorism. Not all Islamic people are terrorists, incase you did not know. I know many Islamic people and they are productive, law abiding citizens of this country.
I think it’s mildly funny that you thought just a few were listening, but now the whole world has heard your hate. I thought I could expect better from the leaders in this country, but maybe I was wrong. Don’t let America let me down.

I’m glad you sent that, that woman is stupid
